Any Washington State resident ordering from our website will be charged 8.7% sales tax.

All of our shipping charges are determined by the cost of your total order. Remember that shipping costs aren’t always just the postage, but also include packing materials, labor, and other costs that it takes to deliver our products to you.

Depending upon the exact items you have ordered, your shipping costs may be less than what is charged. If this happens we will refund the difference in shipping onto the card that you made the original transaction with.

All orders will be processed within two business days of receiving them. If we are out of a product, or don’t have enough to fill your order, we will contact you right away to see what you would like us to do. Please be sure to provide us with a valid email and phone number at checkout so that we may easily contact you if needed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you receive, please contact us so that we may work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Please remember that different computer monitors display colors in different ways. We do not guarantee an accurate representation of colors, and cannot return fabric if the color does not match what is displayed.

The following shipping rates reflect the costs of shipping to Canada. We are happy to ship to other countries, but we will have to arrange shipping costs on a case by case basis. As such, when you check out you will not be charged anything for shipping. We will contact you to figure out individual shipping costs.
